At Love, Paige Designs, we take great care in packing and fulfilling retailer orders accurately. Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders.

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and inventory availability for all retailers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Wholesale orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
