Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

A return can be made within 7 days of package delivery only.

An order number is required to assist with an order issue. You can locate your order number in your order confirmation email. No exceptions.

Products must be returned in original condition and unused. Customer will need to pay for a return label unless the product is defective. A refund will be sent to the form of payment used to purchase within 3-5 days of us receiving the returned package.

EXCHANGES

Please note we are unable to edit orders after 1 hour, and are unable to edit orders that are placed over the weekend.
