ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 week to process your order. However, most orders will be fulfilled in 1-2 days or same day if purchased Monday-Friday before 12 p.m. EST. Please note that production time may increase during peak season or during new product launches.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 9 AM-5 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and with pickup instructions. You may also call/text (828) 270-5674 for pickup information.

SHIPPING RATES

Order shipping rates are calculated based on weight and location. You can choose your own shipping option at checkout based on shipping time or price. We offer all carrier providers.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in the United States only.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING

Orders are shipped using UPS Next Day Air (next business day). Overnight shipping fee is calculated based on weight and location.

INTERNATIONAL

Once you fill out your shipping address at checkout, you will be shown shipping rates and carriers. Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. LPD ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
